Garden salad
Mango juice

Dinner: small plate
Tosai
Ayam Kicap
Cabbage tumis
Small piece of Chocolate
I'm doing good! I did'nt have any unnecessary snacks in between meals. Oh Yeahhh!
and Yesterday I went jogging a bit =)
