Yeahhh! FOS warehouse Sale!

Right now, I just wanna be at home.

Aneway, today I'm not driving to the office. My husband sent me off since he is on leave.
My office is located a few meters away from FOS warehouse sale. The sale started yesterday 28th Nov until 2nd Dec 2012. The banner along the roadside stated that the sale will end at 5pm. However, my husband check in the website and the timing is different! It will close at 8pm. So Alice and I decided to give it a try after work. We drove away from the office at 5.30pm sharp and the sale was still on! We parked our cars and quickly browsed the whole warehouse. The clothes there were so cheap!! The sale is definitely crazy! I bought 6 blouses, 1 shirt for hubby, 1 belt, and 1 camisole for only RM92! Imagine the original price of each blouse were merely RM45, I saved a LOT!! yey!

And today, my husband and I planned to go there again after work. So he will be picking me up at 5.30pm and we'll start shopping!

We'll see how much I will spend today, shall we.

Till next update! Bye!

I've never bang onto other people's car, but when I did,
it's my manager's BMW.

(who's fault was it? All the witnesses blamed me. But I wish they would put their shoes on my position and see that the BMW was actually on my lane.)

I'm just saying. I admit it was my fault for not looking at the left side of the car.
But to be very honest, the left side is my lane. The BMW should not even be there.

but it happened and nothing can undone was has been done.

I'm just glad it was a minor accident and Puan Lela was pretty awesome and nice enough to be patient with me. Thank you. and I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart if it really is my fault.

Meaningful Life

Seven Ways To Make Your Life Meaningful:

1. Follow your aspirations. Sometimes we confuse aspirations with personal goals, but they are completely different. Aspirations are the answer to the question: “What do I want to give the world?” Whereas personal goals are the answer to the question, “What do I want the world to give me?”

2. Be passionate. Whenever you do something that you are passionate about, it gives meaning to life. Sometimes it can be difficult to balance work, relationships, and passion. But a life without being passionate about something can feel empty.

3. Live by your code of ethics. Every person needs a personal ethical code to have a meaningful life. An ethical code is a set of values that you uphold, even if the consequences might be painful for yourself.

4. Cultivate compassionate. Compassion happens when we stop being the center of our concern, and open to the suffering of others. If we focus on ourselves as the center of the universe and our thoughts revolve around how we were, how we will be, or how others see us – our life will ultimately feel meaningless. Compassion is a way of looking beyond our own needs, to those of others.

5. Be kind. Kindness is not just a feeling, it’s an emotion that leads to action. Kindness gives warmth to a life. Each kind interaction triggers a feeling of connection and pleasure. Actually, kind action is something that gives meaning to your life AND makes you feel happy!

6. Be in service to a greater cause. A great way to give depth and meaning to your life is to do volunteer work. Whether you coach a basketball team for streetkids, or help out with the elderly, or raise money to alleviate world poverty, whenever you step in to serve a greater cause, you give your life meaning.

7. Strive for a better future. Striving for a better future can take many forms, but it always entails developing as a human being. If you strive for a better future, you subscribe to life-long learning. New skills make us more effective in the world, both for our own life, as well as for the cause we serve.

Lately, I happened to realized that my life have been quite a bit empty. And so I googled this for inspiration.

OUTSTATION

We have been married for more than a month and finally it comes the day when my husband need to go outstation.

You see, my husband's nature of work requires him to work outstation may it be inside Malaysia or sometimes outside Malaysia. For the past 3 years working for the company, my husband has been to Penang, Johor Bharu, North Port, Indonesia, Thailand, Philiphines and Vietnam for multiple times. And yesterday would be his first outstation to Johor Bharu since we were married. We have never been apart from each other more than one night and him leaving to Johor Bharu would be our first. Everyday at work, I would Instant Messaging with my husband. He would entertain me most of my time in the office because  you see, I always felt so alone in the office. His presence through IM always makes my day. But outstation ruins our everyday routine. He can't accompany me through IM until he got back to the office. Sighh.

And he's in JB for 3 days 2 nights. Which mean tonight I have to suffer again sleeping alone.

May Allah accompany your journey always, my husband. Don't forget to recite the ayat Qursi as pelindung diri. Aminn.

Come home safe sayang. I miss you so much ='(

Reception Bangi

16 SEPTEMBER 2012

GROOM RECEPTION

The groom's reception was held at Dewan Cempaka Kompleks PKNS in Bandar Baru Bangi. The event went superbly smooth, Alhamdulillah. There were 13 cars accompanied me to the groom's reception. Majority of them are my family members and some are my loyal neighbours. The most interesting part is that one of my neighbour, Uncle Zaid is actually my husband's Mak Teh's long lost sedara! By which means coincidentally we are all related!. To my surprise, Uncle Zaid also wanted to follow us to the groom's reception and he even became the group leader! Wahahaha! I felt so honoured =)

Anyway, the journey from Shah Alam to BBB took about 45minutes using SKVE as our route. Our photographers and videographer already reached the destination early to take photos of the event. Our dress were rented from Wedding Galores together with the Pelamin. The set up was great, the food was delicious (except the chicken was a bit hard), and the guest were flowing just nice.

My make up was done by the super talented Kak Lin. Honetly I'd say, I really love this make up! Looked so refreshing and natural. Don't believe me? Well, you can judge by looking at these photos:

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha

:)

Monday, 22 October 2012

Today is the day for the MOR September meeting. This time around, we need to prepare breakfast for everyone. Muhaimi bought nasi lemak and kek gulung. I was in charged for kuih-muihs and sandwiches. The kuih-muihs I outsourced from my colleague Syafik while the sandwiches I ordered from Baker's Cottage. I came to office early before 8.30am and immediately rushed to the pantry.

While I was rushing, Mr Dennis saw me. Then, he paused and stopped and looked at me.

"Are you pregnant? Or your dress intentionally designed that way?"
