OUTSTATION

We have been married for more than a month and finally it comes the day when my husband need to go outstation.

You see, my husband's nature of work requires him to work outstation may it be inside Malaysia or sometimes outside Malaysia. For the past 3 years working for the company, my husband has been to Penang, Johor Bharu, North Port, Indonesia, Thailand, Philiphines and Vietnam for multiple times. And yesterday would be his first outstation to Johor Bharu since we were married. We have never been apart from each other more than one night and him leaving to Johor Bharu would be our first. Everyday at work, I would Instant Messaging with my husband. He would entertain me most of my time in the office because  you see, I always felt so alone in the office. His presence through IM always makes my day. But outstation ruins our everyday routine. He can't accompany me through IM until he got back to the office. Sighh.

And he's in JB for 3 days 2 nights. Which mean tonight I have to suffer again sleeping alone.

May Allah accompany your journey always, my husband. Don't forget to recite the ayat Qursi as pelindung diri. Aminn.

Come home safe sayang. I miss you so much ='(

Reception Bangi

16 SEPTEMBER 2012

GROOM RECEPTION

The groom's reception was held at Dewan Cempaka Kompleks PKNS in Bandar Baru Bangi. The event went superbly smooth, Alhamdulillah. There were 13 cars accompanied me to the groom's reception. Majority of them are my family members and some are my loyal neighbours. The most interesting part is that one of my neighbour, Uncle Zaid is actually my husband's Mak Teh's long lost sedara! By which means coincidentally we are all related!. To my surprise, Uncle Zaid also wanted to follow us to the groom's reception and he even became the group leader! Wahahaha! I felt so honoured =)

Anyway, the journey from Shah Alam to BBB took about 45minutes using SKVE as our route. Our photographers and videographer already reached the destination early to take photos of the event. Our dress were rented from Wedding Galores together with the Pelamin. The set up was great, the food was delicious (except the chicken was a bit hard), and the guest were flowing just nice.

My make up was done by the super talented Kak Lin. Honetly I'd say, I really love this make up! Looked so refreshing and natural. Don't believe me? Well, you can judge by looking at these photos:

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha

:)

Monday, 22 October 2012

Today is the day for the MOR September meeting. This time around, we need to prepare breakfast for everyone. Muhaimi bought nasi lemak and kek gulung. I was in charged for kuih-muihs and sandwiches. The kuih-muihs I outsourced from my colleague Syafik while the sandwiches I ordered from Baker's Cottage. I came to office early before 8.30am and immediately rushed to the pantry.

While I was rushing, Mr Dennis saw me. Then, he paused and stopped and looked at me.

"Are you pregnant? Or your dress intentionally designed that way?"

Reception Shah Alam

15 SEPTEMBER 2012

RECEPTION: SHAH ALAM

My wedding reception was bliss. Not even a million words can describe the whole event.

That morning I woke up after Subuh prayer and helped around the house. My sister was in charged of the Villa Asiq. The villa was prepared for the groom's family to take rest before the wedding started. However, the state of the villa was quite err urmmm not-so-clean. So my sister and my nieces went to the villa to clean up. It was already 9 am when suddenly the make up artist for my sister arrived! (She also use Kak Lin). I immediately called my sister's phone but she left the phone at home! I cannot get out of the house because I am the bride -_-". And so I have to pass the message over orally. Thank God she immediately received the message and walked back home asap. fiuhhh

After a few minutes, my make up artist arrived! This time, I used the one included in the Persona Asmara package. My make up was done by the talented Kak Maz.

I really love the make up. Not the usual me I'd say.
Thank you Kak Maz! =)

The best thing about marriage is..
Opening your eyes and seeing the person you love is sleeping beside you
Then you put your head on his chest and listened to his breathing..
If he wakes up, he will open his arm and cuddle you just nice
And cuddled until you finally fell asleep..

It's priceless =')

Akad Nikah

14 SEPTEMBER 2012

AKAD NIKAH
My make up started at 3pm. I hired Kak Lin for my nikah make up. She was such a sweet nice lady. She has a very thin figure and quite stylish in her dressing. I requested for a natural look and so she did. The result was very nice. I looked a lot different, even fairer! =) Unfortunately, my sweating problem on my face washed off my make up only after half an hour =( I look unfinished especially at the nose area. Throughout the whole event, my sister and I were busy amending my face! Thank God my faded face doesn't really showed up in pictures =)

Aneway, eventhough the make up problem was a bit of a mess, I quickly forgotten about it once the akad nikah was about to start. To be honest, I wasn't very nervous but I am so grateful to be in such position =')

Once my husband said the lafaz, I am officially his =) Alhamdulillah.

Honestly, getting married is the best feeling in the world. Especially when you are getting married to the person you loved. Our videographer once asked us why I think my husband is "The One". Well, it's very hard to explain why. But throughout our relationship for the past 5 years, I have already seen the best and the worst out of him. Since I was young, I always wanted to find a husband that has the characteristics of my dad. My dad is a person who was brought up poor but he didn't give up there. He worked his best up the ladder and become who he is now. He is very patient, loving and always provide us with anything that we needed. And all of his characteristics can be seen on my husband.

My husband is the type of person who is very patient. Especially when dealing with me =P We had our hardest time in our relationship last year. At first I thought he would gave up on me but he didn't. He fought back.He still have the faith in our love. And with that, I couldn't thank him enough for bringing me back to reality. He made me realized how special our relationship is and why we needed each other. Thank you syg for marrying me =) I have made the best decision in my entire life.
